Getting Started

To conduct a usability test, we begin by identifying your target audience and segments within the overall group. With access to over a million people, we’ll be able to easily reach the right panel members based on your requirements. We can test with exactly the types of visitors that use your site or buy your products. We can recruit by region, demographics, web expertise, and more. If needed, we offer custom screener questions for more granular filtering.

Next, we’ll identify what goals you want the panel to accomplish during the test. For example, you may want to compare your website to that of a competitor’s to see what changes are necessary to improve conversions. No matter what you want to know from your target audience, we’ll be able to get the answers you’re looking for. You can also ask questions in various formats like multiple choice, rating scale, and open-ended written questions. We’ll create a mockup of the test for your final approval before we send it out for feedback.

All of our user tests are video recorded with audio so you’ll get a rich response in a viewable format in addition to any typed or written responses. Our panelists are great at following directions and clearly articulating their thoughts while performing your tasks. Once complete, our team of experts will review all of the video footage to identify highlights from whatever was uncovered by the panelists. We’ll create clips of the most relevant feedback so you won’t need to watch every minute of every video. A final report will be created and sent to you with a follow up meeting to brief you on the findings and provide you with our recommendations.
